Brisbane Workshop – Your Personal Relationship with Tarot: Is It an Equal Partnership? – with Kimothy Ireland

February 3 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Brisbane Workshop - Your Personal Relationship with Tarot: Is It an Equal Partnership? - with Kimothy Ireland

Did you know, you can decide upon certain card interpretations within your own deck? This talk will help you strengthen your relationship with Tarot, whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner.

There’s no need to be confused about court card meanings, or doggedly memorise the meanings of each card. More freedom within your tarot readings is available.

In my first encounters with Tarot, I was so in awe that I blindly accepted the system that came in the Little White Book (LWB) with the deck. I’m sharing the most powerful tip I know that profoundly improved the quality of my readings. This strengthened my relationship with tarot and freed me from the unequal relationship I had with my Tarot deck.

When I started working with Tarot there was a strong legacy of established meaning. There was little information available. There were very few books and limited internet resources. Tarot meanings were rigid, or they felt rigid.

We’ll be discussing ideas around programming our decks for better outcomes in our readings. Let’s strengthen our relationships with Tarot together, based in respectful equality.

About the Speaker

Kimothy Ireland embraces an eternal student mindset of the Metaphysical world and is interested in all esoteric knowledge.  The divination of Tarot for spiritual guidance is her focus. Kimothy’s enthusiasm for Tarot spans nearly thirty years, reading professionally for ten of those. She credits Tarot as the greatest tool for her own emotional, spiritual and alchemical evolution.

Kimothy enjoys sharing the gift of Tarot with others. She hopes through Tarot divination that individuals may become self-empowered, creating their own spiritual autonomy within this life.

The talk will be interactive and go for 40 minutes, followed by a snack break and an hour of practise readings. Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided. Dairy milk available.

Cost: $10 Members, $18 Non-members. Cash payment at door. No EFTPOS sorry.
